Homestay accommodation options can be arranged as part of your work experience placement or internship. Homestays provide the opportunity to improve your English language skills. Host families from all our homestay options have all been disclosure and barring service (DBS) checked and students can review options to ensure they are happy with their homestay.

Student volunteering during your studies, looks great on your cv. It will give you a range of transferable skills and allow you to make a positive contribution. Volunteering can demonstrate your commitment to a sector, your proactive and independent nature and your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Whether it is helping to improve your local environment or supporting those in need. During your studies there are a wide range of  opportunities open to you. You may find some student volunteering roles advertised at your university. There are however, many other opportunities out there.
